1 head of broccoli
A bunch of fresh basil
2 tbs olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cut or break the broccoli into small florets and cook in steamer until just al dente.
While broccoli is cooking cut courgettes into match sticks or thin rectangles. Add olive oil to large flat pan and heat gently.
Put courgettes into pan and stir gently until warmed through.
Rip a handful of basil leaves and put in with courgettes and stir until wilted. Add the steamed broccoli and salt and pepper to taste. Voila!
