Summer Retreat

This place is so beautiful and possibly the quietest location I’ve ever been in.

Come and share some time with us and give your body a chance to heal itself, rest and relax with nourishing foods, restorative yoga and evening meditation. We will also be holding nutrition workshops every morning to support your long term health.

You can swim in the lake, walk or cycle in the forest or just chill.
